Baddha Konasana in Sirsasana - Butterfly Pose in Headstand 1🙃🙏🏼🍃
Yoga offers me a chance to slow down, to turn my thoughts inward but yet to play, all while hanging out upside down.
Yoga bana doğada ters dururken, yavaşlama, düşüncelerimi içeriye çevirirken yine oynamaya devam etme şansını verir. #spandayoga#bhavanayoga#nicetomeetyourself#yogawithmuge

Todays question is; What is your biggest insecurity?
The only thing I have ever really been insecure about is my nose,I used to lie and say it had been broken when it never has.. it's just a ugly nose 😂😂 It doesn't bother me as much as it used too but it's defaintly never something I'll never like.
I get questions all the time about how I stay motivated. It would be a lie if I told you guys I stayed 100% motivated all the time, I really don't. There have been times where I feel so shit or I've had a super hard week at work and I've skipped 4 days at a time. It's this good for my yoga practice, probably not. But what did change my perspective was when someone told me it's a 'life practice'. I practice so much more than I used to now and like any habit I do believe it takes time to grow. Where I used to practice only once a week I'm practicing so much more now. So if your sitting there a newbie like me, feeling guilty because you haven't bashed out a full six day practice including Chanting, oil baths, correct rest days, ladies holidays etc stop beating yourself up. I know when your very new it's enough to give you a mild anxiety. I think it's a lot to take in. Your practice isn't going to look like these advanced seasoned yogi's you see on the gram. If that's not where your at yet that's absolutely fine! If you can't touch your toes it's fine! If you can't downward dog it's cool! It takes time, and years of dedication to reach those levels, give yourself the chance to enjoy yourself first before you get bogged down. Baby steps. Just the fact that your trying and practicing is such a positive thing. Eventually over time you will build strength carry you through six days, you will want to practice more. But please give yourself permission to be new, be ultra kind and nurturing to your practice and please don't put yourself off before you've even begun. We can do this newbies 👍🏽💪🏽#yogasforlifenotjustforinstagram#slowlyslowycatchamonkey#practiceandalliscoming#practice#practicepracticepractice#ashtanga#ashtangayoga#yoga#yogi#yogaeverydamnday#yogadaily#yogalove#ashtangalove#ashtangavinyasa#ashtangi#newbieyoga#yogafornewbies#juststart#youhavetostartsomewhere
Welcome to DAY 7 of #wearewarriorsbecause 😍❤️ Yoga Pose of the Day: Side Angle Pose
Side Angle Pose (Utthita Parsvakonasana)
From warrior II, place your front (right) forearm on your right thigh. Press away from your thigh to create more space and elongate your neck. Extend your left arm up and over. If you are flexible enough that you feel you can go deeper, lower your right hand to the floor down to the outside of your right foot. Press your knee into your bicep and your bicep into your knee, creating a vice grip. Hold for five to ten breaths. Return to warrior 2 and repeat on your left side.
Let's enjoy these days together! 🤗 ☀️Check my wonderful co-hosts:
Where is the balance?
The balance lies between your heart and mind.
Your head is where the anay sis, logic, thought and that crazy MONKEY MIND reside. It's where you think through things, review those "pro's and con's" lists.
It is also where fear resides. The monkey mind likes to disguise fear as "rational thinking". It comes up with all the reasons to stay in your safe comfort zone. It fears change so it's explains why your proposed change isn't in your best interest.
When those fears present themselves, it's time for your TRUE SELF to face them and determine how real they are. Until you do that, our fears will control you and greatly limit your potential.
Your heart is where your intuition lies. It's the source of that little voice that guides you, if you let it. Your heart is where your TRUE SELF resides, your HIGHER SELF.
Without practice, it's hard to hear your heart. The chattering monkey mind speaks so loudly, sending you in different directions without an overall purpose. The monkey makes it hard to hear the heart.
When you're busy being busy, the monkey rules.
When you can get quiet, you can finally hear the music in your heart. #lifelessons#nerryfit .
