You are safe. You are free of toxic vibrations. You are living in gratitude. The stage is set for deep release.
Release is giving yourself permission to grieve the trauma you've survived and sit in your sorrow, pain, and depression. Too often we adopt a brave face when our spirit, mind, and soul would prefer a hiatus. That is the purpose of depression: to slow us down so we can recuperate our higher self and mend our broken emotional body. (Like a cold or flu serves the body.)
Take the time to sit in your trauma that you may release all the adrenaline, sorrow, and pain that has built up in you.
RELEASE: Sit with yourself and ask yourself what you need now that you are safe. Whatever it is allow yourself to have it. Don't attempt to fix yourself or confront your enemies. Just listen to your heart and acknowledge your needs. When you are ready and have learned what your trauma has to share with you... let it go.
PRAYER: "Divine mother, take me in your sacred womb where I may sit in my trauma safely. Expunge all that means me harm and bring me peace and understanding in all I've overcome. Officially my second summer of no dieting, counting, tracking, or any disordered eating behaviours on my birthday 🙌💃🎂🎉 I remember the past few birthdays before that were spent binging and with extreme stomach aches 😞 but not anymore 🙅 Though I have had a harder than usual past week or so, this birthday was still a success 🙌
Life is so much more enjoyable when you aren't a slave to all the numbers. When you aren't obsessed over what you're going to eat next or if a meal fits your macros or calories you feel FREE 💃🙌 Free to just eat. You see food as food instead of grams of fats, carbs and protein. There's no numbers anymore and I'm so thankful 🎉✨❤ #selfloveisthebestlove#yearofselflove#pt2
You cannot begin deep healing if you do not feel safe. Safety, like most concepts, is a vibrational frequency. It can't be earned or created. It must be joined or harmonized with.
Mantras, prayer, meditation and so many other things will harmonize the mind and spirit, but the physical must be made to feel safe, loved, and set at ease.
SAFETY: Purge the space you live in of anything that doesn't make you feel at home, safe, and unique. Old clothes, clutter, and things you no longer want. You can replace them.
Cleanse the space you occupy. Smudge. Pray. Sing. Dance. Do whatever feels right in ceremony, ritual, and invocation to clear the space of old energies and invite newer, cleaner aspects of the divine.
Purchase items that make your space yours. At least one item per room that reminds you that you are safe, loved, and in a sacred place.
Enjoy your new sacred space and safety.
Mantras: "I cancel and clear all harm." "I harmonize my vibration with safety. I am safe. I am safe. I am safe!"
"I invite in the Holy Spirit of God to bless and keep me and my home. I am safe."

After spending time reprogramming my mind to be grateful for everything in my life, I noticed other things: how negative I was. I complained. A lot. I am a "venter", which means I talk through things to sort through my thoughts. But why were my thoughts so harmful? So low vibration?
I had to stop complaining. I had to stop entertaining negative conversations, negative people, and my own negative thoughts. But that was for the mind. The body needed a detox too.
I had to stop eating harmful foods. Sugars, preservatives, grease... basically anything that was self poisoning. (Luckily I didn't smoke, but I even slowed down on hard liquor). A year of slowly committing to changing your diet and thoughts. Evaluate your food as a reflection of how much you love yourself. Evaluate your thoughts and listen to see how you talk to yourself.
DETOX: Fast at least once a week, a few hours a day, or even DM me to find out more about the Master Cleanse.
For harmful thoughts use the mantra: "I neutralize and ground all harmful thoughtforms, energies, and spirits." Or make your own.
As far as people... the higher your vibration, the negative folks will naturally reveal themselves and fall away from your life. Let them.
Do not blame others by pointing out their faults. You will find upon self-examination that the faults you see in others are in you.
When you correct yourself,
the world becomes correct.
