Pic 1 is a partial of my rowing warm up. Not great but I've now got a goal...beat that time to 1000meters. Pic 2) end of my weight lifting a run on the treadmill. Ran almost all the way through Metallicas the four horseman at an incline of three and a speed of 5. Not bad for not having been at the gym in at least 2 years. Pic number 3) my sweaty selfie after my failed attempt at my three minute plank...i made 2min 30 seconds before my arms and back quit,probably over did the weights...wonder if I'll be able to move tomorrow...😂 On a plus side I managed a 315lb shrug 2 sets of 10.

"If it scares you, do it anyway." The last few years, I've wanted to run a half marathon, but I never committed myself enough or trained for more than a week, or even registers for one. I was all talk and no do. Until this year. This last couple years have been some of the hardest years for me-both mentally and physically. Just the thought of doing this among the craziness of my life is insane to think about. "Nevertheless, she persisted." I registered. I trained. I did it. I can't believe all these months if hard work came full circle today. Today I ran my half marathon that I've only talked about for so long. BIG #bucketlist item to me to check off.
