Chocolate Cravings Smoothie Bowl ✨🍩 this cheat meal is still somewhat healthy you guys 😉 ingredients for this delicious chocolate smoothie bowl: Smoothie: half a fresh banana, 1 frozen banana, chocolate protein powder, raw cacao powder, tsp maca powder, handful of baby spinach, handful of frozen cherries and 1 tbsp chia seeds. Toppings: cacao nibs (def went overboard in this step 😝), other half of fresh banana, tbsp of nut butter and some fresh chopped up nuts 🙌🏻💦

Can't beat a cup of tea☕️ I have my tea with the @alpro soya milk, have tried other kinds of milk but have never really liked the taste of them in tea☹️ Picked up a few of these new biscuits in @aldiuk which are labelled vegan! They as soooo tasty and also come in a ginger and lemon flavour🍋🌱
i somehow always have a sweet tooth in the morning, so i listen to my body and make a yummy bowl of oats😋🌞this is a base of oats with chia seeds and cinnamon, topped with strawberries🍓almond butter, and @180snacks blueberry pomegranate squares, which are almost, if not just as addictive as oreos. seriously. 🤤
I've had to be on antibiotics and I've hated it. I hate western medicine and how we turn to popping pills rather than looking for the cause. Anyway, to combat the hideous affect of them I am eating fermented sauerkraut which is filled goodness but most importantly probiotics to combat the affects of the antibiotics and get my body balanced.
One of my favorite breakfast options: creamy #oatmeal topped with lots of fruit and any kind of nutbutter 🌰🥜🥄 But to be honest, anything topped with nutbutter has to be amazing right?! #nutbutteraddict

Leg Day arrived this morning and was met with mixed feelings. I'm not a huge fan of leg training - mainly because I find it boring, and I never see tremendous results, no matter how hard I try. To combat this I found some new exercises to try, in the hope that, while they may not build my legs to enormous proportions, they will at least be fun to do and will get my legs used to a workout, before I take Leg Day to the gym and hit those quads & hamstrings, and hammer those glutes 'til my butt's like a bowling ball. The 1st exercise I perform is the Up/Down with KB, the 2nd is the Sumo Squat With Lift, and the 3rd is the Stationary Squat With Lift. I performed 1 minute of each exercise, with a 30s between 4 sets. While it may not have been a traditional leg workout favoured by bodybuilders and powerlifters, I was dripping by the end and my legs and butt were positively throbbing! Good times! 😉
