Let's have a body update! I am still maintaining my weight and eating well. I am 8 pounds away from losing a total of 50lbs and that is AWESOME! However, it seems my weight loss has hit a valley. Last week I didn't do any intense workouts due to my uneasy feeling. I was feeling that the weight itself is a hurdle and maybe I can’t clear it. I started to let the negative overshadow all the progress I’ve made. Due to that frame of thought it took me away from the harder workout. 98% of weight loss is the mental commitment. When I was not focused I wasn’t able to commit which separates me from my goals. I decided to stay positive and focus on what’s happened and what will in the future. I have lost damn near 50 pounds. That's HUGE! I need to live in my accomplishments and be patience within the process. It wasn't overnight that the weight came on so it won't be for it to come off. I started a second channel on YouTube called Da J Life. There I will be giving my life more in depth updates. We can talk food, workouts, and more. Don't expect crazy editing or glam as I am trying to give the real. Thanks for supporting and I love you all the most. 😘Jersey

I had an awesome 4.5 mile run at Thursday Run Club! I also made some new friends, ordered three boxes of e-gels, won a BOA bag in the raffle and ordered mystery drinks at Rockos afterwards. Overall it was a pretty great day yesterday.
