I don't think we've ever enjoyed veggies this much before. @themackenzieroom not only does a fab job of fantastic plating, the flavour combos were intense and enjoyable. A hard combo to perfect! I loved the farmer's cheese in this 'Showstopper Salad', the bagna cauda, cayenne butter in the 'Corn Porn', stuffed blossoms, tripe and many other details. 🌽🥕🥒🍆🧀
Pumpkin #soup 🍜 my favorite •cut pumpkin into pieces •put in on trail grill in oven over 180 for 25 min.•cut carrot 🥕 onion ,garlic fry high power •mix pumpkin carrot onion and garlic in separate pan add 400 ml of water and boil until coooked •mash it up add a bit more water • add light cream and herbs with pink Himalayan salt •grill bread • cut chives and dill•soup is ready super yummy 😋 #vegan#veggies#enjoy#mummyyummy#mummysday

The words “macrobiotics is alive and well” opened the 2017 Macrobiotic Summer Conference at the first night’s orientation at Eastover holistic resort in Lenox, MA. The summer event has a long and storied history. It began in the 1960s with the New Horizon Camps held on Long Island and upstate New York that featured George and Lima Ohsawa. Herman and Cornelia Aihara continued the summer camp tradition in California from the 1970s, while on the East Coast, Michio and Aveline Kushi, along with Shizuko Yamamoto and other teachers, began the annual Macrobiotic Summer Conference. It was held at Amherst College in Massachusetts, and then at college campuses, conference centers, summer camps, and other venues throughout the Northeast.
