Up here in my friend's fairy tale cottage in the Catskills, feeding the body and soul. Remember you can find that elusive balance if you search for it. You can make your working day feel more like a Saturday if you try. You can live the life you've always dreamed if you believe. #whitespaceandwellness
✨Invest in experiences, not things.✨ I poured so much love into this short film, capturing my Thailand adventures from Phuket to Pai. Full video link in bio 🌺 It would mean the world to me if you take a few minutes to watch it! Let me know what you think in the comments 🌿
“Bangalore Fort began in 1537 as a mud fort. The builder was Kempe Gowda I, a vassal of the Vijaynagar Empire and the founder of Bangalore, now Bengaluru. Haider Ali in 1761 replaced the mud fort with a stone fort.”
Information courtesy: Wikipedia and Google. “The original fort was oval in plan, with round bastions and huge gateways at impostant places Delhi Bagilu (Gate) and Yelamhanka Bagilu in the North, Ulsur Bagilu in the East, Kanakanahalli Bagilu and Mysore Bagilu in the South and Kengeri Bagilu in the west. Remnants of these are still in existence. It was surrounded by a dry moat.
Only this part of the fort now remains intact, consisting of a dungeon and a small Ganesha temple. The three successive gateways here, linked the Royal enclosure to the civilian area. The granite walls are sloping with beautiful stucco carvings.” Information courtesy: Bangalore Fort.

Taking a vacation from tropical island vacation posting (does it even make sense?) and posting something for Paris! Two tips for beating the crowd at the Versailles:
1) Get bitten by a spider, be spiderman and crawl on the roof, arguably the only spot free from hoards of tourists
2) Wake up ultra early and be the first ones to enter the palace
I will always pick the option that does not involve waking up early. ALWAYS!
