#Happyface (swipe 👉🏽). As a journey this was without a doubt my biggest achievement to this day. For me, this experience opened me up to a whole new world of emotions, perspective and what was possible to do. Still, from time to time, I can go back and reflect on the emotions and experiences I endured during this race and feel it all. It wasn't about winning or results, actually I was totally clueless regarding what to expect and I think that was to my biggest advantage. No expectations. Just me and the challenges up ahead. And that focus where on so many levels essential for the experience in it all. So today, I work on keeping that focus as well as I can, cause I know the experience and result will follow. It may be different from one to another, and maybe next time it will be different for me as well. But this is absolutely a race I can recommend, so go in and sign up for @ultimateocr 2018. Still here? For the sake of the history I was nr5 and the last of the five that managed to do 4 laps and in total 35k and 160 obstacles. And yeah, I'm proud of that! 😊

This week will signal the end of a calorie deficit for me and I'll be moving into maintenance for a couple of weeks before I start to get very big and strong again 🙃
