QUADS and PEACH!! 🗣 Both the Glute Hip Thurster and Bulgarian Split Squat can be modified to target different major muscle groups. With the Hip Thruster you can target either the Glutes or the Hamstrings, with the Split Squat you can target the Quads or the Glutes. Mind muscle connection is super important, as is core stability, but keep in mind even with these variations both muscle groups are still working to some extend, one will just be dominant depending on your positioning. Try washing your hair less, at first it will seem greasy but then you'll notice it seems healthier, you take less time to get ready and your hair might actually grow faster!!!
