I don't like running because it's "fun". I'd say 75% of the time it hurts. Whether it's my legs, my cardio, the temperature, the chafing, the lack of stretching, the not eating enough, the eating too much, the concrete, etc etc.. it hurts. .
One of the reasons I DO love running is because of all the amazing places I'm introduced to in a city! I'm always blown away by the spaces I never knew existed. Running down Lk Washington Blvd (thx for the reco @bmaharani) was beautiful on many accounts, including where this trail just opened up to steps to the water with the Bellevue skyline hanging in the background 🏙❤️ #seattle
