*Full Body Circuits Below* Who else laid in bed most of the day today before getting their workout in? Or took a full rest day all together? If you're anything like me, laying in bed all day is actually super hard for me to do, but I had zero motivation this morning. In the past, laying around would've freaked me out or if I didn't get my workout done when I normally do I would get very anxious. But I have learned that rest days are so important or that it is okay to lounge around some days BEFORE you get your workout in. It got to about 4 p.m. today and I felt ready to sweat & had a lot more productive/enjoyable workout than I would have if I made myself actually lift this morning like normal. It is so easy to get set in a routine & forget that listening to your body & mental health is OKAY and is what you SHOULD be doing. Rather you took a full on rest day today & didn't get out of bed or you laid in bed pretending to do physics all day before your workout 🙋, appreciate that you have the ability to do whatever workout you want, when you want it, & that you can also watch Netflix & eat chocolate & not feel any guilt too. Its a couch day. My feet are crippling me, walking/standing today is so painful. So we are reading books and watching DVDs. A day of taking the weight off and I should be right tomorrow to be running around again

These guys all wanted to be stronger /faster at their sports and so the primary aim was to get them ALL to Base line strength standards. Simply so we would get more out of our Power & Speed development

Do you take enough breaks? We're taking one right now. Females in Food is a small team of freelancers but they are the steam engine of building the dream vision of enabling women to do what we love, follow our hearts and just feel okay being ourselves. Women who love the food and beverage industry. The team have recently taken some rest time and one has been in Greece, one in Cuba, one on the Great Ocean Road and Chelsea tacked on a few days post some work in Cairns by kicking back in Port Douglas for a few days. The constant 24/7 feed of digital communication didn't really allow for complete disconnection from the constant world of social media and forward planning, but it was lovely doing it from a warm place away from the usual work location.⠀
