The 2014 Journal of Complimentary & Behavioral Medicine found a significant correlation between “altered states of consciousness during the relaxation in the flotation tank” and “mindfulness in daily life.” After a seven-week flotation program consisting of 12 float sessions, participants showed significant reductions in stress responses, depression symptoms, anxiety, and pain. Just a little watch in to my normal day of holidays.
Waking up I do next to my boyfriend at 7 am. When he gets ready for work I prepare his food for the day. When he is ready we eat breakfast together and when he drives to work he brings me back at home. There I stay usually until 3 pm. I spend time with my best friend and do some stuff that needs to be done, like doing the dishes, cleaning something and so on. Also I have a snack meanwhile. Then my boyfriend picks me up when he comes from work and we drive back to him. There we eat lunch with his parents and afterwards we go out or watch some TV shows until dinner. When we have eaten with his parents we sometimes went out with some friends into a bar or we just go through the city until we go to bed for sleeping.😊
Today is a little bit different. My morning and afternoon will be the same but at 7 pm my boyfriend drives to a birthday party and brings me back at home before. At 10 pm I'll go to a party with my best friend and my boyfriend will come there later and afterwards I'll drive back home with him and stay there until tomorrows morning. When I'm back at home I'll get ready and go the a birthday barbecue until the evening and then I'll see what's going on.🙈
At the party I'll probably will drink some alcohol but not too much. Now I know my limits and I'm looking forward to a quality time today.😊
