Каждвы день между завтраком и обедом я ем фрукты в качестве перекуса. Так у меня получается есть каждые 3 часа и не есть меньше на обед через час после которого я чаще всего тренируюсь. Количество всегда умеренно: 2 персика, 4/5 абрикос/слив/инжиров. В сезонное время к фруктам ничего не добавляю, но если выбор ограничен, то ем 1 яблоко и 8 орехов (20 грамм сыра может быть альтернативой но не слишком часто). Не ем на перекус только бананы ( редко могу добавить в завтрак или заменить обед если есть потребность) и виноград, так как в первом слишком много калорий, а во втором не достаточно клетчатки что бы компенсировать количество сахара и воды ( соответсвенно резкие скачки сахара в крови и лишние углеводы).
