Been a while since I've taken the 105's for a ride 💪🏼 .
I haven't performed flat bench exercises in almost a year now. I've transitioned my focus towards incline bench and weighted dips and have been more than happy with my progress.
My chest has become more square due to a more developed upper chest and the line that separates each pec from the top to bottom has become much more pronounced.
I've recently gone back to 'Phase 1' of my workouts explained in my ebook (link in bio) and have enjoyed mixing it up and seeing solid strength gains again.
This was essentially a "test run" as I haven't lifted 105 lb dumbbells in a while and wanted to see how it felt.
Hence why the first couple reps were slightly shallow and on my fifth and final rep my butt came just barely off the seat.
But that's why videoing your lifts can be a great practice to monitor form and see continued progress.
I'll be lifting 120's by December just wait 👊🏼 _
Btw the beginning of the video is a weekly occurrence for me as I almost always work out alone.
That's just a random guy I asked to give me a lift on my first set, as that's my first and heaviest lift.
So don't let working out alone be an excuse to not push yourself or make it to the gym altogether.
Just ask someone for a spot if you need it. Who knows, might make a new friend!
And also there ain't no need to throw down the dumbbells after your set like a Barbadian... "if you can't set em down, don't lift em!" #gym101 😜
ANYTHING BUT BASIC
Sporting red heels doesn't mean you gotta follow the Louboutin crowd. The Avier sneakers are undeniably eye catching, and a Caramello calf leather build lends a perfect blend of flexibility and support. The bold heels are embellished with a contrasting flash of a bright merlot. Not to be mistaken for just another white pair of designer sneakers, the foam-injected soles have been engineered exclusively for @Bally.
