💦What kind : There are so many options these days! Make sure that the contents of the water are as pure as possible! You'd be surprised at which major brands are filled with chemicals... Dasani is one of the biggest culprits! Check out the sodium content!
**Many people are stuck on alkaline water, unless directed by your medical professional, it is not mandatory. BUT! Adding lemon or lime to your water will do the trick! **coconut water is great for electrolytes! If you're feeling weak or in need of a boost, it's a great source to pull from!
