Pre meal before 6 mile run. Need carbs and protein to fuel my body to do this. I keep it simple and as pure as i can. Follow us now @naturally__driven_fitness for real world approach and when to eat carbs. Everyone these days is against carbs but I'm still shredded and more muscular then them but i say do what works best for you don't fall into all bullshit online.

The Peru Trip – 1
I’m not really a morning person and I genuinely find it difficult to wake up early. However, when it is for the sake of exploring new places, my body is way more supportive of the idea and not so allergic to the sound of the alarm clock.
It was a very early morning flight to GIG (Galeao airport of Rio de Janeiro) and I had a chauffeur picking up at 4am. Yet I can’t remember being THAT excited in a long-long time.
I first got interested in Peru after reading ‘Celestine Prophecy’, which was recommended by a friend, a few years back. I totally loved the book and thought the place must be magical. Since then slowly but steadily my interest in the country has been growing, yet I’ve been putting it off. Until earlier this year, when I just decided it was enough delaying the trip and it’s time to get on with it:-) So here I was, setting off for one of those life changing trips, with a lot of expectations (as you do!), sometimes way too specific (as someone with vivid imagination would!), and more detailed agenda than I’d normally have… (to be continued)

Рейс на Рио был очень рано утром и шофёр забирал меня в аэропорт в 4 утра. Не помню, когда последний раз я так что-либо предвкушала.
Впервые Перу меня заинтересовало по прочтении 'Селестинских пророчеств' пару лет назад. С тех пор интерес к стране все возрастал, но поездку я откладывала. Далеко же, сколько отпуска надо... А пару месяцев назад решила, что хватит уже откладывать.
