You shouldn’t have come into my life, everything I feel or listen someway reminds me that you have been missed deeply and I can’t put words to undermine how much vulnerable I am now. I was strong even though how painfully I spend days under that roof and I never had to think before my actions until you came.
How could you anchor me to a shore while my heart is dragging me to a less ruined place? I enjoyed meadows alone, watched lovers catching taxis from my window pane but now I have lost my calmness, everything I see connects to your smile and hurts me because you aren’t near me now.
I fashioned my life alone, tread alone through paths unknown with no fear of impending dangers but now I understand that the thought of missing you hurts more than the fear of getting lost.
I had no boundaries because my heart could hold limitless pain and I had nothing but uncertainty in front of me. Ever since I met you I would wake up in the middle of the night and ramble here and there in my room because I felt like you called.
I never asked for love and banished everyone who stumbled on my path offering love yet you stayed back and walked alongside me even after I strangled you with a torrent of pain. Why didn’t you leave me even after all these torments? I was hurt for the first time when I turned back but couldn’t find you and since then I never tread alone.
I came back to find you amidst the chaos of the busy street but couldn't find you and as time passed I experienced something which never happened before, a drop of tear rolled down my cheek and fell on the sand. I had no strength by then as I felt love for the first time and I felt vulnerable to even the calmest breeze that followed after. So this is love after all.
I can't believe it has taken me this long to finally make it to Antibes despite having been to South of France many times. Even though it's the height of the tourist season, the narrow streets off the main thoroughfare are still relatively quiet.
The local folks are unbelievably patient and welcoming. We had many who offered to help take our photos when I failed spectacularly at trying to do a wefie (the kids were mortified), gave directions when I got lost more times than I can count (I can't tell left from right on Google Map) and butchered my French even though I'd tried practising "Un café s'il vous plaît" a dozen times.

I have partnered with @Bose for this edition of Fashion Week Berlin in order to show you the real appearance of #QC35 headphones. The most important feature (to me)?
Probably up to 20 hrs of battery life and the lightweight finishing. Not to mention they look super stylish, and the quality of sound leaves me speachless! This #ad was taken in one of my fav spots in Berlin ❤️ I hope you like it 💋 #Berlin#BerlinCity
Seahorses🐴 - This morning we witnessed the 92nd annual Chincoteague Pony Swim. This weird little piece of American history started in 1925 after the island of Chincoteague suffered much fire damage including the destruction of the bridge leading to the island. As a fundraiser they began auctioning off the wild Chincoteague ponies (which actually live on the uninhabited island of Assateague.) In order to get to the town of Chincoteague the ponies have to swim, which they know how to do and do without hesitation in a matter of minutes. Today this fundraiser also helps conservationists manage the herd population and money raised goes to taking care of the ponies and ecosystem of the island. Some ponies are auctioned while others are sponsored as 'buy backs' meaning they will live their life as wild ponies on the island. There is also a children's book 'Misty of Chincoteague' which my daughter loves and so many people grew up reading. To see the look on my little one's face and to see so many beautiful ponies in one place - what a day! @chincoteaguechamber @visitvirginia #chincoteague#ponyswim2017#wanderlustwednesday
How cute was my ride in Bermuda?! It's an electric vehicle from @currentvehicles called a Twizy, available for rent on the island! Typical rental cars are banned on Bermuda but this little guy is the perfect alternative to zip around the winding roads and explore. I had such a fun time driving it and highly recommend looking into renting your own Twizy if you head to Bermuda!
Is it just me who finds it endlessly exciting when you see places you've visited featured in movies? I was watching a certain romcom about a Danish prince recently (please hold your judgement🙈) and felt a surge of pride when the brightly coloured houses of Nyhavn shifted into view. I felt somehow part of that moment, part of that beauty. // When we travel, we become a part of those places, and they become a part of us; like pieces of a jigsaw that we are collecting and once we have them all, the picture is finally complete.

Shall we?
We've now sailed our lovely sailboat 2000 miles! She's safely taken us (or we've taken her) all the way from Florida down to the southern Caribbean.
There's been highs and lows, peaceful times and chaotic moments, wind, rain, thunderstorms and sunshine along the way but we've survived! I would say we've enjoyed every minute of it but that would be a lie.
It's been a challenge every day and as a result extremely rewarding and fulfilling and well worth celebrating ⛵😊🍾
🥂 Here's to the next 2000 miles 🥂
