I was definitely excited when i found these not too long ago.
I had hours of stooges taped off late Saturday night TV as a kid. Such simple yet effective humor.
The one where they wind up golfing? Oh my god that shit still makes me laugh hard as hell. Moe is missing his ball every swing and its tearing the shit out of the fairway, Larry, also tearing up the green while Curly does his laundry in the ball washer. Funny shit. I think the Stooges fit with my humor so well in that they were anything but "gentleman" in the terms of their place in society but sometimes they would act as if they belonged in whatever scenario they found themselves in, all while still remaing "kids" at heart in a sense (startin food fights and shit). I notice too many people in todays world walk around so uptight and serious/macho/cool or whatever the fuck their deal is.
Most of us lose that "little kid" sense of humor and carefreeness...i have not, and i also still believe that farting is one of the funniest things anyone can do on this planet. #thethreestooges#vhs#funny#lightenthefuckup#laugh
