for my first post, i’m reviewing some OFWGKTA shit.
Goblin by Wolf Haley:
Man this album is OK, it’s not the best Tyler album but it does lay down a prerequisite for the rest of his discography. A lot of the songs are listenable, but too edgy to legitimately enjoy. I like this album, but it’s too long, the songs overstay their welcome and there’s a lot of filler in between. The story is cool and the essential songs are [mostly] the best songs off the album. The biggest problems is because he kills FRANK wtf smh 😤. But for real, the biggest problem is the edginess and the production, the production is thin and sounds the same. Overall, this album is essential to get into Tyler, it has some of the best Tyler songs.
FAVS: Yonkers, She, Golden, Analog, Nightmare
WORST: Bitch Suck Dick / Tron Cat
EARL by Earl Sweatshirt:
This tape fucking destroys Goblin, Earl spits so many fucking bars and his rhyme schemes are crazy. The production is way better than Goblin, and even the T verses are great. This album is really funny, and it is edgy, too, but it is executed better than Goblin. Earl’s voice is also great, too. It’s very high, but effective. The main problem is that there’s not much of variety when it comes to flow of Earl’s, and the edginess is kind of a drawback, too.
FAVS: Luper, Couch, Pigeons, Kill, Earl, epaR

Because the Internet is Childish Gambino's second studio album. Let me just get one thing out there, this is my first review so don't judge lol. Anyways this album was the album that got me into rap. Somethings that the album does well are there are no weak songs on this and the lyrics are clever for the most part. The production on this album is amazing and so well put together. The subject matter that Gambino uses on this is really different than anything that I've ever heard. Some of the things the album doesn't do to well are all of those tracks that offer nothing to the narrative like the dail up, the library etc. I found those to be really annoying when listening to this all the way through. Also, Gambino does have a few corny lyrics here and there. I wish that Chance would have gotten a full verse on the worst guys, that would have been awesome.
Favorite tracks: the worst guys, the crawl, Worldstar, 3005, the party, earth the oldest computer, life the biggest troll, Telegraph Ave, pink toes.
Least favorite tracks: all of the useless instrumentals, and shadows(idk why, I just don't like it)
Replay value 8
Subject matter 10
Final verdict 9/10(amazing)
