Here's a little impromptu supplement review on #prejym pretty steady energy, definitely more alert in the gym and zero crash after workout. That being said I'm not really feeling any crazy buzz or body tingles. Not really for you if you're looking to go full on ape in the gym. Don't get 🍓 🥝 taste like ass. Either way, not bad not terribly impressed. It gets 💪 💪 💪 out of 5. #jym#meh
BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT SO FAR!
I couldn't wait to post this today. Throughout this whole week, I've been constantly telling myself "you're gonna pull a 405 deadlift." The day has finally come, and weighing in at 138lbs never felt so good. I had a little trouble locking out my right knee, but I just kept telling myself to keep pulling. Being able to pull almost 4x my bodyweight sounds so insane to me, which is why I feel so accomplished. Next goal is to hit the 1000lb club within the next month or so, and then I'll probably sign up for my first powerlifting meet.... w/ @peetezzza 👀

I had an awesome morning today. I have poor right shoulder mobility. My lack of deltoid has caused my pec and muscles of the rotator cuff to become tight in order to "protect" my right shoulder. @crossfitamend has had me working on my shoulder mobility and overhead stability. I was able to go through a full PVC pass through this morning. Was it the smoothest? No. Am I arching my back? Yes. Will I continue to work on my mobility? Definitely, yes.
