If you notice most of the movements here are in the frontal and transverse plain of motion
Which is a fancy way of saying we rotated his body and moved laterally
The thing to keep in mind is our body is designed to move in a variety of different ways, yet we do the same movements every day!
Wake up, brush your teeth, eat breakfast, go to work, sit all day, go home, eat dinner sit more, sleep, and repeat
Our bodies our crave variety when it comes to our nutrition and our movement
We live in an age where we are movement nutrient deprived
We need to be moving the way our bodies are designed to move.

21 days of hard work. 21 days of saying no to emotional eating and yes to nourishing and fueling. 21 days of fighting through depression, anxiety, frustration and overwhelm. 21 days of simply being intentional with choices and having a group of gals holding me to honoring my commitment.
