People always say that cooking takes too much time, they are too busy, buying from the food stall is cheap and time-saving.
I totally agree that buying from food stall can save me so much time, but definitely it is a time bomb for my health.
I always wonder how they can cook such delicious food with low price.
Food stall owners need to pay rent, pay salary for their staffs, pay the electricity, gas, transportation to go to the market to buy the groceries, and still need to make some profits too for their living. For sure, there will be some waste of food every day right. They need to count that loss into the selling price.
One of the ways to cut cost is to use food enhancers. Food enhancer is not only MSG but also soy sauce, ketchup, seasoning. For sure, buying MSG is so much cheaper than buying garlic or onion right?
Which one is healthier for us in the long run? MSG and soy sauce or garlic and onion?
Let us eat more healthy and prioritize our health over time 😄
When we are healthy physically and mentally, we can have more time.
