People always ask how I get myself up before 6am and go to the gym every morning before work. 
I enjoy my morning workouts; I feel more energised and most importantly my evenings are free for me to do what I want (mainly laying on the sofa watching @supervet_nf 😍)
But in all honesty it is hard. This morning i could have gone back to sleep for another 2 hours easily. But that isn't getting me anywhere. So off I trudge to the gym, have a great leg session and start my day right 💪

มาๆๆๆๆ ล้อมวงมาฟังหน่อยค่า 😊😊 เป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับสาเหตุที่เอมกิน 'ขนมคลีน' สิ่งที่เอมแนะนำว่าอย่ากินเป็น 'อาหารหลัก' (ขยายความคือเอมไม่ได้ค้าน 100% แต่ไม่ได้แนะนำให้กิน 100% เช่นกันเนอะ) ทีนี้พอเอมมากิน...มันก็เหมือนกับการ "กลืนน้ำลายตัวเอง" ลงคอแบบเต็มๆ ก็เลยมีคำครหาตามมาค่อนข้างเยอะ เอมก็เลยอยากจะขออธิบายนิดนึงนะคะ แอบกดดันเบาๆ 5555

ก่อนอื่นต้องเท้าความถึงการ bulk หรือการเพิ่มกล้ามเนื้อ/เพิ่มน้ำหนัก ของเอมนะคะ คือเอมต้องการกินมากขึ้น ดังนั้นถ้าเอมยังกินคลีนๆ เน้นโปรตีนเหมือนเดิม กว่าจะแคลอรี่ถึงเอมคงท้องแตกตาย เพราะงั้นเอมก็เลยหันมากินคาร์บแทน แต่จะให้กินคาร์บดะทุกสิ่งอย่าง น้ำตาลสูงปรี๊ดมันก็ใช่ที่ เอมก็เลยลองสั่งขนมคลีนมากินบ้าง ซึ่งมันก็โอเค อร่อย คาร์บเชิงซ้อน น้ำตาลไม่สูงมาก แคลอาจไม่แน่นอน แต่ก็ตอบสนองกับความต้องการเพิ่มน้ำหนักของเอมได้ค่อนข้างดี อันนี้คือสาเหตุของการเริ่มกินขนมของเอม

Buenos días gente guapa. Para motivarme he decidido iniciarme en el mundo de las recetas con avena y harina de avena. Antes de complicarme la vida, cogí ésta de @Weiderspain que venden en @Decathlones para probar y que he tenido olvidada en el fondo de un armario unas semanas. Hoy toca desayunar tortitas, receta de @yanoestoygorda @netastyle, con un toque personal (como no uso edulcorante líquido/polvo y no tenía, le he pochado 2 plátanos pequeños). 👉 I've completely flipped my training a 360 for this prep: Been doing A LOT of HIIT routines, RUNNING & power-lifting 🔥 I find HEAVY weights, with a lower rep range tends to work better for me, with explosive exercises in-between sets☇
