205lbs x 6 reps💪 Delts have by far been the most difficult muscles for me to develop. I can stimulate growth and strength gains in my leg muscles with far less difficulty than my shoulders. But if this grind was easy then everyone would do it, nothing great comes with ease.
First day back from a lower back injury. Can't lift heavy this week so I decided to switch up my training and hit higher rep ranges on full body circuits. Starting this week I am tracking my calories/macros to able 90-95%. I bought an Apple Watch and it's been pretty close to spot on for my cal burned. Tracking my intake as well. Time to turn my training up!
Probably one of the best surprises during my shuffle when some Mystikal shows up on the music selection...I don't know what it is but if I hear shake ya ass, I have to follow it up with some danger! I think it's written down in a law somewhere where you have to listen to both tracks back to back 😂😂
To be completely honest I don't like any of these pictures. But I'm posting them because I want everyone to know that you're not always gonna look your best. I'm down 20lbs since my car accident and up a few percentages in body fat. Now this is my opinion of my own body and you may think differently. I honestly don't care. Point is, not everyone is gonna be jacked and shredded all the time like the people on IG and that's okay that we aren't. One day I'll be jacked, tan, and juicy af like @robertfrank615 😜😜😜
