No matter the weight you are lifting, muscles respond to reps with proper technique.

This flavor is rather unremarkable. If you have ever had Halo top, think about what you would expect their cookies and cream to taste like, and thats it. Its nothing to write home about yet at the same time I enjoy the flavor because who doesn't like cookies and cream.
Been focusing on the lower portion of my abs by incorporating decline leg raises. Powerful on the way up, slow and controlled on the way down. Pull with your abs rather than swinging up with your legs to really get that contraction going.
