Bad side 👿 vs. good side 😇.
Everyone has their favorite side when taking pictures 📸 (myself included) and it's made me realize that I need to work on my muscular imbalances. Having one side more dominant than the other is completely normal, however, you never want one side to be at a complete disadvantage to the other. ⬆️⬇️ So I will be putting an emphasis on unilateral training as I go into my next growing phase to bring up my weak points.
Unilateral movements are done one side at a time 💪🏽 as opposed to bilateral movements 🏋🏻♀️ which are done both sides together. For example, a barbell curl is a bilateral exercise, whereas single arm dumbbell curls are unilateral. For more extreme cases of muscular imbalances you may want to throw an extra rep or two on the weaker side to get added volume in or use a different weight for each side.
Fun fact, I write left handed 👋 but always played sports right handed, and I'm completely right side dominant.

Moderation with anything will work. I sneak about 3 of these in my diet everyday and still loose weight. Flexible dieting is awesome!
