Here on the left It was my first anniversary after having my precious baby girl is August ! Now on the right is where I am at exactly a year later ! I'm here to say don't let anyone tell you, that the baby weight can't come off ! It for sure can with hard work and dedication! I look at myself every day and don't notice any changes and then it causes me to get down on myself and wanna quit!! but then I go and look back at pictures and see how far I've come! This is really the beginning though! Next year I plan to do something I've always dreamed about becoming a competing fitness model! ⭐Treadmill workout this morning! Yaaass I woke my butt up! 😁
⭐I'm replacing Body Beast Cardio with running because I'm not a fan of weighted cardio and desperately need to run again.
⭐I walked 5mins, jog/run 5mins on and off for 30 mins.
⭐I did this live on IG and it's super boring but oh well....accountability for me. Lol.

I've been kicking cardio in the 🍑 lately, 30 minutes on the stair master 5 days a week, the other 2 have been HIIT which I hate but also love 🤷🏼♀️every other part of my body is tightening except for my stomach... abs happen in the kitchen they say & it's a slowwww process! But I'm loving the journey ❤️ ps. sipping on @1upnutrition BCAA's because without them there's no way I could finish these cardio sessions 🙈

Soo I wanted to try something different for my smoothie bowl by using frozen steamed cauliflower as a base in place of frozen banana. BIG MISTAKE 😂 I got a few bites in and couldn't take it anymore 🤐 So I ate the toppings and moved on 😆 Maybe my cauliflower to fruit ratio was off. At least it looked pretty 💜🥄
