Little snippet of my boxing training, been working on combinations recently, definitely going to implement boxing into my workout routine at least 2 times per week as I really want to develop the skill and it's a really good form of cardio for fat loss!
Late night protein pannies goin downnn (on a daily basis) 🥞 1 scoop protein • 2 whisked 🥚s • 1tbsp oats • 1 mashed 🍌 • 1 tsp raw cacao powder • 1 tsp cinnamon • drop of 🍯 • 1/2 tspn baking powder • splash of almond milk👩🏻🍳 ...anndddd I made this amazing cacao-nut drizzle with: 1tsp raw cacao powder • 1tbs @bellplantation PB powder • @kokodairyfree yogurt & water.. topped with my homemade nutty granola 🥜 made enough to share with a certain hungry human, but got about two bites of them 🙂

Today's Freedom Friday 🙌🤸🏼♀️💕💫 look is all about comfort because today means having the ability to be at the school for volunteer meetings; lunch with each of the beauties; treating them to ice cream🍦; and basically hanging at the school for the day🤣🎒 which considering my old corporate life and having to tell J "Sorry I won't be able to make it, Baby" means everything💛
Ps Yoga Slings...are amazing...most comfortable shoes I've ever owned and they come in a ton of fun patterns..making them perfect for busy moms✨

Rolled out of bed, shot some gym gear on (because I'm not sure I own any other form of clothing), got set up, and got it done👊🏽
This mornings workout consisted of:
Battle ropes single arms, double arms and wiggles to the absolute death! (my clients know😂)
Kettle bell swings paired with more battle ropes.
Slam ball paired with MORE battle ropes🔥
Bag drags (with kettle bells) with 3 different weights all with MORE MOTHER FUCKING BATTLE ROPES😂😱
Love those moments when the recipe turns out waaay better than you've expected. 😍👌🏽 And these Butternut squash brownies are one of the best treats I've made recently. 👏🏽 They're made from the best ingredients and the macros are incredible!!! 😱 For quite a big sized piece (pictured), it's only 129kcal 13C 7F 5P 👌🏽 And they're just made of butternut squash, almond flour, coconut flour, raw cocoa powder, eggs, fruit syrup @sweetfreedomuk and some chopped dark chocolate. 😍 Which means instead of feeling guilty about eating a dessert, it's actually just a nutritious snack that gives you a balanced ratio of macros and a whole lot of nutrients. Absolute dream!! 😋🤙🏽
