Eeyer. My mum so kuku one. I eat salad during my weight management challenge period and she kept "eeeeeee lidat nice meh; I can't even eat those vege, so raw". But she see her office girls eating salad and FELT tt it seems nice, and it was INDEED nice to her NOW.

Try before you modify 💥 was today's "shop rule"! Day 1/21 is done for me and I am super excited - something about this program - the idea of making a real SHIFT in my life and the super motivating trainer had me pushing harder than usual in the workout this morning- or wait... maybe that was my pre workout kicking in 😂😂
As a part of my shift I am getting back to the #5amclub and working out first thing in the morning! I always feel my best all throughout the day when I get my workout done early!
