Forget about what people will say, because they most talk both good and bad. Forget about trying to please people especially social media. Forget about trying to compete with people. The only competitor you have, is your old self .strive to beat that lady.
You can be the change you want if you don't like your body. The only thing holding you back is yourself and no one else. Make a decision, set realistic goals keep quiet and smash the hell out of them and let the results speak for you.
When you are damn good, people will ask without you advertising. like I always say, real workout are the ones you do without obstruction from taking selfies 😂😂.when you are done, if you remember fine.
Make a change for you and your health and no one else.
No one said the path to success was given to you so stop acting like you Deserve it and complaining about what you could have. Instead put those emotions to work! Would you prefer to work a 9-5 your whole life unhappy and wishing for more. Or. Work 5-10 for 5 years on something you love and be set up for success for the rest of your life. It's your choice. Choose the right one.
I've had a pretty bad week, as far as bad weeks go. But it's been my motivation to keep up the workouts and my art. I'm already seeing progress from my efforts and nothing is greater motivation than that. It's amazing how quickly your state can change with a bit of time by the ocean, from the sand beneath your feet, the cold snap of the waves as they crash upon the shores, the fresh crisp air and the joy of watching little Bonnie run across the open landscape.

This morning I woke up and checked into my Fit Fam bootcamp and almost cried tears of joy for how amazing the ladies are doing in just two weeks! Jen lost 10 inches from arms to waist to thighs!!!!! 😁😱🎉 She feels amazing, has more energy, and is making great food choices because of the changes she's made. 🥗
Elizabeth lost 3 pounds👏👏👏 and has been feeling all sorts of new muscle soreness (in a good way hehe) and her clothes are starting to fit better!! 👗
Both of these ladies had babies this year and have been working SO hard to get their life back and feel normal again. 😍 Just by taking the chance and joining me to stay accountable for their workouts and nutrition, these are the results just half way through the challenge!! Words can't describe how proud I am of these ladies and can't wait to hear from the rest of them to celebrate!!🤗 Life isn't about the number on the scale, its about the heart you have, learning self love💖 and getting the encouragement to be the best you can be, every day!! THIS right here is why I choose to help others. 💜

I chose a 60 day Piyo program because it would challenge me! No way had I ever worked out this consistently , nor did I think it would be easy. I just knew I was ready to take thriving to the next level😀 And it has!! Luke and I are feeling great!!! We are healthier and our mindsets have been empowered!
