The memories are the best thing, and it's the memories that make it impossible to deal with. The anticipation, the feeling of utter content when she melt into my arms and it feels like she's putting in the last piece to a jigsaw puzzle that you didn't even knew you had missed but now the picture makes sense.
She smells like lust and slow sunlight strolls, and grab her as tight as you can hoping you can physically hold a memory for the rest of your life. And it works, at least for now. Because you have her flesh flowing between your fingers and her laughing lingering in your ears till now.
That's the best and worse thing that could happen.-Max
I really should do more vintage shoots, if I get bored out of Mongolia I'll try to stop by Moscow for a day of shooting BnW
First day of rugby was pretty good! Very busy day, back to back shifts followed by rugby. Tomorrow will be busy as well. Workout, run to the bank, do some shopping, job interview, work.
Sorry this is short and messy. I'm tired and don't feel like typing.😅 goodnight!
I've never felt as comfortable in my body as I do in this moment.
It's taken me almost 12 YEARS to get to this point, so please be patient with yourself.
Even though I am comfortable where I am, I know that this is not where my body is supposed to be.
If someone came up to me and told me that I was stuck in this exact body (I wouldn't gain or lose weight) for the rest of my life, I wouldn't agree.
Because I know what my body is supposed to look like after I go through all of my healing.
In this moment, I am supposed to be in this body because this is where I currently am in my healing process.
I can't hate my body or where I'm at. I'm actually grateful for it because it has taught me so many valuable lessons.
I know that the more I continue to dig deep, do inner work and work through some old mental patterns & emotions, my body will continue to change.
Remember that your outer appearance is a direct reflection of your internal.
What is your physical body reflecting?
How do you feel in this moment?
Do you feel like this is the body you're supposed to be in? Or do you still have some healing to do?
I have the ankles of a netballer, so this technique from @mobilitywod has been the best thing ever to get my stiff old ankles into a deep squat 🏋🏼♀️
Simply hook a resistance band to a rack. Pull it up to your hips and sit down into a squat. Use the band to support you while you ride all your weight over each ankle. Hold for 45 seconds and repeat if necessary. Bring on the PBs!!
"Stay Patient" theme of today! Sometimes taking ALL the weight off to go back to basics is exactly what you need. Adding too many complexities can get in the way of your goal. Set your foundation and you're unbreakable. This is why I love @visalus You don't need all the extras. Just one. Let me help you reach your goals big or small! Love my coach @huggybearmervaumma.
