Think uncooked, unprocessed, mostly organic foods. Your staples: raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and sprouted grains. Some eat unpasteurized dairy foods, raw eggs, meat, and fish.⠀
Your food can be cold or even a little bit warm, as long as it doesn’t go above 118 degrees.⠀
You can use blenders, food processors, and dehydrators to prepare foods.⠀

You may need to ramp up your kitchen skills. Eating out can be tricky, and if you go organic, you may need to go to specialty stores for a wider selection than your usual grocery store.⠀
Cooking and shopping: Prep work can be extensive. Many raw food fans become experts at blending and dehydrating foods. Some germinate nuts and sprout seeds.⠀
Because some uncooked and unpasteurized foods are linked to food-borne illness, you’ll need to wash your food thoroughly and be extra careful with risky foods like sprouts, raspberries, unpasteurized juices, green onions, and lettuce.⠀
Due to the risk of food poisoning, a raw foods diet isn't recommended for pregnant women, young children, seniors, people with weak immune systems, and those with chronic medical conditions like kidney disease.
I haven't been on a trampoline in at least 15 years. I think the last time I jumped on one was in middle school.
I put it on my bucket list that I wanted to play at a trampoline park and CHECK!
Unless you too have struggled with obesity, you don't understand how many "regular" things have weight limits or size restrictions.
I remember when my nieces got a brand new trampoline in their back yard a few years ago and they wanted me to go in so so bad! It was a combination of reality, that I knew I was too heavy, and fear because we would all get injured if I busted it. It was a feeling of disappointment, that unfortunately I was used to.
All of the fun things I have been experiencing lately, I refer to as a non scale victory. It feel incredible to be able to do so many things!
guys i meal prepped 4 meals today so i should be good for a couple of days. i'm still gonna make a couple of more meals fresh like breakfast because meal prepped breakfast... no 😂 i like my food fresh haha.
i prepped 4 meals for when i come back from the gym because i'm always staving and it takes long to cook food so i can just pop that in the microwave and bam i'm done.
