In addition to @trifectasystem, my friend @grapplesandoranges helps me with meal prep now. Angie is a trained cook and OH MY GOD is the food amazing. Give her IG a follow if you like to be tortured with food that looks incredibly good. This meal is beef stroganoff, and the macros are P50 C180 F10. Crazy macros huh?!!? And it's so delicious! @teamevilgsp, how's that for carbs????

Finished today's Deadlift/Posterior Chain workout with this superset:
▪️Glute Ham Raise- 5x10
▪️Back Extension- 5x10
I haven't hopped on a GHD in a couple months, so this was pretty humbling. If I had to pick one exercise that most people neglect that delivers the most benefits, the Glute Ham Raise would be up near the top.
