The Esterel foothills flow into the Mediterranean between Saint-Raphaël and Mandelieu. Here the landscape is at its most dramatic. This former den of thieves is nothing less than breathtaking when its jagged red rocks merge into the deep blue of the sea.

This time last year I was touring Tassie with @jamesvilesbiota and @chefriles. The story (for #qftravelinsider , #linkinbio ) was all about Tassie's incredible food and produce. The days were filled with farm visits, foraging, and conversations with locals. This is one of my favourite shots from that trip: #happycows on green pastures that rolled right into Bass Strait. In the background, The Nut, an ancient volcanic plug on the Stanley peninsula.

Repare!

Find an older camera, and enjoy the feel, and look. So go out there, walk around and snap some pictures 📷 to preserve the time in photographic form and maybe record a piece of history on this year’s Photography Day! 😀 📹 Special mention to @tjudson.photos for this stunning photo of @Tasmania he took earlier this year xx
Do you know you can explore Napa Valley on a train?
The Napa Valley Wine Train takes you on a 36-mile round-trip discovery to St. Helena and back, stopping at celebrated wineries along the way. But it’s more than a train. It’s a luxuriously vintage setting. A lush, mesmerizing landscape. A divine four-course meal. Exclusive insider winery tours. An intimate shared experience.
If you continue on from either of the lookouts I mentioned in my last post at Peyto Lake, you’ll find an old fire road that leads you up to the old Bow Lake lookout. Lots of old stuff there, I guess 😋
Then you can basically continue up a mountain side (the slope on the very left in the second pic) for even higher, more amazing views. On a clear day, you can literally see for miles! Lakes on lakes on lakes back towards Peyto Lake and mountain ranges that seem to be out of this world. •
I wish I had all the words to magically describe it, but I’m hoping the picture is worth a thousand. •
Double tap for some mountain range love! •
I haven't opened Instagram since last night!!! I don't even know what to say, it's definitely something I've never done 😅
