This should be easy for you guys 🤷🏾♂️ .
Without using google or other online sources, can you name the athlete that has been blessed with both running and jumping ability in these 4 events 👀 #WhoNoticedTheHint .
----------------------
Yesterday I ran my last race of this summer track season. 🏁 I'm closing the season feeling very pleased with all my performances as I reached a SB in almost every race. 🐎
I didn't beat my lifetime PBs this summer but my 4.58 run means a lot to me. This is because I won the Youth Baltic Championship 6 years ago with this exact time.🥇 A big thanks to my current coach Peter Mullervy for sharing his knowledge through coaching. Just because of Peter's training methods I have constantly improved in physical strength and also confidence with every upcoming race. I strongly believe that after a hard winter's training I will run even faster next summer. 🏃🏼♀️
I will never stop thanking the most important person in my life - my Mum. She was my first coach and still is always looking after my physical wellbeing as well as psychological health. ❤️
Bring on the cross country season❗️🌪 #trackandfield#middledistancerunner#runner#athletics#passion

Much satisfied with my comeback on the field in Karlstad after my two twisted ankles on my last competition in Stockholm 😊 The body was working just fine and after have won the competition with a 4,42m mark, I couldn't resist putting the barr directly on a new pb and national record, 4,72m. Unfortunately it didn't go this time, but I was so close that I am so much looking forward to try it again next week during the world championships instead 😄 Wish me good luck! #karlstadgp#nike#teamnike#polevault#worldchampionship#athletics#hässelbysk 📸@deca_text_och_bild @decathomas
@Regrann from @iten_kenya - MONACO – Beijing 2015 Worlds men 1500m silver medallist Elijah Motonei Manangoi is happier and relaxed as he plots another podium charge at the London 2017 IAAF World Athletics Championships.
The elder Manangoi became a father for the second time to a lovely daughter 12 days ago and days later, watched on as younger brother George Meitamei Manangoi was crowned the boys 1500m World Under 18 champion in Nairobi.
Having been beaten to the second medal by three-time champion, Asbel Kiprop on his Worlds debut in China, Manangoi senior believes his coronation is around the corner when the London 2017 edition kicks off on August 4. “This is a year of blessing. I want to end of the high. I feel I’m in good shape due to putting a lot of work put in training. I hope I can finally win gold at the Worlds,” he added.
On Friday night, Manangoi who is coached by Ben Ouma gave a glimpse of his abilitiesto his rivals at the 16th edition of the IAAF World Championships in Athletics when he cantered to a world leading 3:28.80 at the Monaco Diamond League meeting.
Despite going into the Worlds as the top ranked men 1500m runner on the planet, the silver winner from China has warned against writing off his friend Kiprop who is bidding for a fourth straight crown. “He has not been at his best this season, but never rule him out. Kiprop is the man to beat, hopefully I will get one over him,” Manangoi who led Team Kenya teammates Timothy Cheruiyot and Ronald Kwemoi to the podium sweep in Monaco emphasised.
Having announced his coming to the international metric mile stage by storming through the homestretch for silver, Manangoi saw his progression checked when he was ruled out of the medal showdown at Rio 2016 Olympics last summer. “I picked up an injury that ruled me out of the finals and I’m out to make amends in London,” Manangoi assured.

Wir wünschen euch eine erfolgreiche und vorallem verletzungsfreie Saison!
It is much harder to spot the talent who whisper. Typically, this talent does not yet have much confidence, because they do not believe they have anything to contribute with. Therefore, they do not feel comfortable standing out. The ambitions are there, but you cannot see it in their eyes, and you therefore have to look elsewhere. It takes longer to spot the whispering talent, and the risk of missing out is there. It is crucial that this talent enters the scene, when they are ready, not staying in the back row hoping to be discovered. @_bendere Oboya arrive to the track 18 months ago looking for a coach who simply could help her prepare for a school trip to Canada. With no specific goals other than wanting to get better. From a 1 minute 15 seconds best time to 52.69secs PB and Commonwealth Youth Games Gold medal in the 400m, I watched this "Whispering talent" come shouting out to the world. She shaved roughly 23 seconds off her time by simply providing commitment to her craft and good old fashioned hard work! As we put a close to this season, I want to thank you for allowing me as your coach to be of part of your testimony and for allowing me to be a part of your journey. Thanks my humble little Champion!
