This was a brutal home workout with my young brother @zahran_alhosni
We started with Pectoral stretches then press ups.
Flat bench: 10sets for 10reps.(from Heavy to light)
Incline: 10sets for 10reps.
Last set of incline till failure.
We did 2sets of press ups as a warm up each set to failure after the stretches. It was so intense however we enjoyed the Ghetto workout.
We did abs and arms. I will upload the footage this few days coming.
