This is what I wanted to believe👆🏻I didn’t want to accept the facts: that breakfast kickstarts your metabolism, that it prevents you from overeating later in the day, that it gives you both physical and mental energy. It didn’t matter that this information, the correct information, the healthy information came from professionals. It didn’t matter that the information I adhered to came from pro-ana contributors hiding behind a computer screen.
Your ed will believe what you want it to believe, what you train it to believe. You can’t listen to your ed and the professionals. You can’t and you won’t recover, until you choose to accept, finally, that your way isn’t working.
