I started my chest workout with some heavy single on the bench press then went for some AMRAP dropset. I managed To do 315 for 3, 275 for 7, 225 for 14 and 135 for 30 with no rest time other than dropping the weight.
Here I'm doing a cable fly from three differents angles, four sets of ten for every one of them and of course with no rest in between.
Squeeeeeze those titties.
The daily grind.
Do something everyday that will help improve your life. Make the decision to do it. Tackle it head on. Conquer it and do it again the next day. Your goals and the steps you take to succeed are important.
Believe. Achieve. Inspire.
I believe my attempts were 319, 336, and 358 lbs
358 should've gone up but I took forever to get the command because my set up was so slow. Going to learn from my mistakes and make sure I don't get gassed again.
Anyways this is the last post of my meet. I tried warming up for deadlifts but as soon as I tried to lift 225 the pain was just too much. I'll be back soon no doubt about It! For now the road to nationals 2018 begins with rehab. One step at a time. Let's get it!! Next meet should be? 🤔 Also I'm coming for that 500 wilks... yeah I said it. I'll tell you and I'll show you. #confident but #alwayshumble
